Nose Contouring 101
Whether you are in the post operative stage following rhinoplasty, or never had surgery on your nose before, you may find contouring the nose beneficial to sculpt and narrow the nose.
I've done a follow along video and given you a breakdown below.
Highlight: we start with one line going down the bridge of the nose. If your nose is drifts to one side, then don’t follow the same direction. Bring your line slightly more to the midline to give the illusion of a straighter nose. Then do one line on the nostril edge (this is where the light naturally hits the curve in bed nostril. Then a line on the other nostril and they all connect in the tip of your nose.
Contour: using the darker end, start by drawing 2 triangles (one on both sides of the nnose) then under the nasal tip, create a little V Shape. Then 2 lines on the base of the nostrils turning the V into a M!!! Easy!!! You've got this!!! Then tap with your finger to gently blend so it’s softly blended in.
